General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the conditions for booking flights via our website. By booking a flight, you agree to these GTC.
2. Type of service
The flights offered are not a commercial service. The passenger only pays a proportion of the costs incurred. There is no commercial activity. The flights are offered as private flight opportunities.
3. Liability and Risk

The passenger takes part in the flight at his or her own risk.

The passenger is responsible for himself and undertakes to comply with the pilot's applicable safety instructions.

Liability for damages of any kind is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The passenger is co-insured as a guest under the existing insurance policies.
4. Vouchers

Vouchers for shared flights are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

A refund or cash payment of the voucher value is excluded.
5. Execution of flights

The flights take place exclusively in the vicinity of the EDMJ Jesenwang airfield, the Ammersee and the surrounding mountains.

These are short flights, the duration and route of which are determined by the pilot according to weather conditions and safety requirements.

Flights may be postponed or cancelled in the event of bad weather conditions or other safety-related reasons. In this case, an alternative date will be agreed.
6. Safety and Behavior

The pilot is responsible for the safety of the flight and can refuse to allow a passenger to participate at any time if there are safety risks.

The passenger is obliged to follow all instructions given by the pilot.
7. Exclusion of commercial activity
The flights offered are for private purposes only. Any commercial use or the impression of a commercial flight service is expressly excluded.
8. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the EDMJ Jesenwang airfield.
